These aspects include grief theories and models; the difference between traditional and contemporary grief theories; the 'rules' around grief that are maintained by society; approaches to death and grief by Māori and Pasifika communities; cultural differences in approaches to death and grieving; different styles of grieving; men’s experience of grief in relation to baby loss; the importance of self-care; and, a mindfulness practice.
