baby loss research
Loss Mom Research
This research study invites bereaved parents who have experienced a stillbirth over 20 weeks gestation or a neonatal death.
It is open to parents in any country - you just need to have access to the internet and understand English as the survey is written in English. It also doesn't matter how much time has passed since your loss. It is open for responses through October 2024. |
After her second daughter, Julianna, was stillborn in May 2023, Dr. Jenna Kremkow started researching bereavement care for loss parents to honor Julianna and better support the loss community. Her first project is a survey about the advice and support new loss parents need, especially during their time in the hospital and early grief.
If you've experienced the loss of a baby through stillbirth (during pregnancy after 20 weeks) or newborn loss (within 28 days after a live birth), please consider sharing your valuable insights. The survey takes approximately 20-40 minutes, depending on the level of detail in your responses. Your time and insights are deeply valued. Sharing your experiences will help shape development of more supportive resources for grieving families.
